Rooted Perks is a homeownership benefits and member-support platform providing education, benefit access, program coordination, and connections to participating professionals. Rooted Perks is not itself a real estate brokerage, mortgage lender or broker, title company, insurance agency, legal service, tax adviser, financial adviser, or home-service contractor. Appropriately licensed professionals and companies provide regulated services. General site information is not individualized professional advice or real estate representation.

Availability and eligibility

Benefits vary with organization participation, membership or employment status, market, property location, transaction type, professional availability, brokerage or lender requirements, program capacity, and law. Benefits are not guaranteed, may not combine with other offers, and should be confirmed in writing with the relevant professional before reliance. Ordinary transaction and service costs still apply. Rooted Perks benefits are available only when you work with a participating Rooted Perks agent and/or participating Rooted Perks lender, as applicable.

Financial benefit estimates

The buyer estimate is capped at 0.5% of the purchase price. If gross buyer-side brokerage compensation is below 3%, the actual benefit is one-sixth of that compensation. Any listing fee is shown separately as a cost, not a credit or savings estimate; buyer-broker compensation and other closing costs are not included. Eligibility, state law, lender approval, allowable closing costs, and program terms apply. Credits are not guaranteed or cash payments. Rooted Perks benefits are available only when you work with a participating Rooted Perks agent and/or participating Rooted Perks lender, as applicable.

The listing-side fee is 2.5% of sale price; it is a cost, not a savings or cash-credit estimate, and excludes buyer-broker compensation and other closing costs.

The potential lender credit is $0 for a loan below $150,000, $500 for $150,000 through $300,000 inclusive, and $1,000 for a loan over $300,000. The loan amount determines the tier. Lender approval, allowable closing costs, eligibility, transaction terms, and applicable law apply. Estimated credits are not guaranteed cash payments or commitments to lend.

No guaranteed result

Rooted Perks does not guarantee mortgage approval, rates, terms, closing dates, property value, availability, transaction completion, professional assignment, savings, credits, service quality, or other outcomes. Participating professionals remain responsible for their licensed services and representations.

Organizations and professional participation

An organization name, URL, or reference does not itself establish endorsement, sponsorship, or a formal relationship. Participation is subject to review. Professionals may need appropriate licensing, standing, geographic coverage, capacity, company approval, agreements, and compliance review. Participation does not guarantee leads, assignments, clients, compensation, territory, or exclusivity.

Referrals and third parties

Participating professionals, Rooted Perks, and service providers may have contractual, referral, marketing, or compensation arrangements where permitted by law. Required transaction-specific disclosures are supplied by the applicable parties. Third parties control their own services, pricing, terms, privacy practices, underwriting, and performance. An introduction does not guarantee an outcome.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, do not impersonate others or interfere with security, and do not submit another person’s information without authority. Review transaction documents independently and ask the relevant professional to explain anything unclear.

Content, availability, and changes

Rooted Perks branding and original materials are protected to the extent permitted by law. Third-party marks belong to their owners. The site and program information are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Rooted Perks is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from site use, general information, third-party services, or unavailable benefits. Program information and these terms may change subject to applicable obligations.
