Lender-credit benefit
For an eligible loan with a participating Rooted Perks lender, the potential lender credit is $0 below $150,000, $500 from $150,000 through $300,000 inclusive, and $1,000 over $300,000. The loan amount determines the tier. Eligibility, lender approval, permitted closing costs, program requirements, and applicable law apply. Confirm the credit and transaction terms with your licensed professional before relying on them. A credit is not a guaranteed cash payment.
Home equity and HELOCs
A HELOC is secured by your home. Rates may be variable; approval, costs, and product availability depend on the lender. Failure to meet repayment obligations can result in loss of the property. Review the lender’s full disclosures and seek appropriate advice for your circumstances.
Protect your application information
Submit mortgage applications and sensitive documents only through the secure system provided by the licensed mortgage company. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, credit documents, tax returns, or financial statements through a Rooted Perks inquiry.
