Rooted Perks uses information to operate its homeownership benefits website, respond to inquiries, connect people with appropriate support, and protect the service.

Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, organization or business information, and message you provide. An inquiry may concern buying, selling, mortgage or homeowner help, education, organization interest, or professional and benefits partnerships. Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not include Social Security numbers, financial documents, account numbers, passwords, or sensitive mortgage application information.

How we use and share information

We use inquiry information to review your request, contact you, confirm relevant program eligibility, and arrange appropriate follow-up. When necessary to respond, we may share relevant details with a participating professional, service provider, or organization. We may also use or disclose information to secure the service, prevent misuse, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to a transaction. Rooted Perks benefits are available only when you work with a participating Rooted Perks agent and/or participating Rooted Perks lender, as applicable.

Website and service providers

WordPress presents the public website. Our embedded GoHighLevel form and operational systems process and store inquiry submissions so the Rooted Perks team can find and follow up on them. Hosting, security, and communication providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Their applicable terms and privacy practices also govern their systems.

Technical information and measurement

Hosting, security, and form services may process your IP address, device or browser information, pages requested, request time, referrer, and campaign parameters. Basic site and form statistics help us understand use, identify errors, and measure inquiry submissions. The benefit calculator performs its calculations in your browser; entering amounts there does not submit an inquiry or send those amounts to our team.

Cookies and browser storage

Hosting, security, and embedded form services may use cookies or similar technology to operate and protect their services. Where an approved organization referral experience is active, an essential signed first-touch attribution cookie may retain organization, partner, and campaign context for up to 30 days. For inquiry attribution, this website keeps non-financial campaign labels, the landing page, and the referring website origin in browser session storage for up to 30 minutes. These details and the page leading to your inquiry may accompany your form submission. Calculator amounts are excluded. Administrator sign-in cookies are separate from the public visitor experience. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect some functionality.

Contact preferences

Submitting an inquiry authorizes a response to that inquiry and appropriate routing. The public inquiry form does not enroll you in promotional text messages or newsletters. Any separate promotional subscription requires its own applicable consent.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer the program, maintain appropriate business and security records, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests

You can ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you through our contact page or by calling 520-349-8766. We review requests subject to identity verification, applicable law, and legitimate retention obligations. Please do not include sensitive documents with an initial privacy request.

Children and external websites

Rooted Perks is not directed to children under 13. Linked providers and other external websites control their own services and privacy practices; review their policies before sharing information.

We may update this policy as the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
